Editing and Proofreading Pricing
The rates for editing and proofreading projects submitted online are as follows. A page is defined as containing approximately 300 words.
- Standard: $5.95 per page
10-60 pages
(72 hr. turnaround time.) - Next Day: $7.95 per page
1-20 pages
(24 hr. turnaround time.) - Express: $10.95 per page
1-10 pages
(Same day turnaround time. Not available on weekends.)
To calculate how many pages are in your document, open your document using Microsoft Word®. Click on the Word Count option in the Tools menu. Divide the total number of words in your document by 300.
Please note that there are minimum and maximum numbers of pages for each turnaround time specified.
Writing Consultation
One-on-one writing coaching and consultation:

Large Project Editing
Minimum 40 pages
Reduced per page rates are available by contract for large project editing and proofreading. To obtain a free estimate, please submit a complete description of your project, including the number of pages in your manuscript.
